Sparks
The Awana club for children in Kindergarten through second grade is Sparks.
Like all the other AWANA programs, Sparks is based on Scripture and every Wednesday night, each children learns a different Truth that is presented in the Bible.
The goal of the Sparks program is to further develop their understanding of God's Word and His love for us, teach them, and present opportunities to create a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Every club meeting has a balance between excitement and learning, and club meetings are divided into three segments:
- Green Meadows - Bible teaching, songs, awards, and announcements
- Handbook - small group interaction and a time to pass sections
- Game time - age-appropriate games on the Awana circle
Sparks meet in the Activity Building from 7pm - 8:25pm on Wednesday nights.
